September 1 to October 9. Every Panther Creek senior is expected to have a virtual meeting with their School Counselor. The senior meeting will last no more than 30 minutes, and students will review their high school transcript, discuss post-secondary plans, and can ask questions. Please follow the instructions below when making an appointment to meet with your School Counselor.
Seniors will complete the senior packet below and email it to their Counselor before their senior appointment.
Seniors must use their WCPSS account to log into Google Meet.
Seniors locate their Counselor’s Google Calendar using the links below and sign up for an appointment as soon as possible.
Seniors will receive a Google invitation code from their Counselor at least 2 hours before the meeting.
Seniors are asked to sign on promptly for their virtual meeting.
Senior appointments are designed for Panther Creek High School seniors.

College Foundation of North Carolina - If students initially sent a transcript to their college or university through the College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC) there is nothing else to do. CFNC will automatically send the college and university a final transcript at the end of the school year.
Common Application/Coalition/College websites - If a student initially completed their college or university application through Common App, Coalition or any other website; the final transcript must be requested through College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC) for in-state college/universities CFNC Link; or Wake County Public Schools Scribes ordering system for out-of-state schools WCPSS Scribes Link.
NCAA Clearinghouse - Athletes must ensure they are registered for the NCAA Clearinghouse. NCAA Link Final transcripts will be electronically uploaded to the NCAA Clearinghouse system at the end of the 2019-20 school year.

Please complete the scholarship report form to aid us in reporting all scholarships our students receive to WCPSS. Include all scholarships and monetary awards you have been offered, even if you will not accept the offer. Financial aid should not be reported. Copies of the awards letters are required for a form to be completely processed. Scholarship recipients will be announced (pending student approval) during the Senior Assembly in the spring. The scholarship bulletin can be found in the "Paying for College" tab.
2020-21 Scholarship letters and form are due to Student Services by the end of May 2021.

NCAA Clearinghouse Please review the following information for a brief introduction to the NCAA Clearinghouse. CFNC.org is a wonderful resource for College and Career Planning! Follow the attached instructions above to set-up an account and begin using this incredible tool to prepare for your future goals! Career Resources such as Resume Templates, Follow-up Letters, Thank You Letters can also be found on this website. Once your account is established Log-in.
